I’m Thierry, Founder of Run941 & lifelong endurance athlete, race director, and fuel-obsessed problem solver who built the gel I always wished existed.
I’ve spent my life on the race course—from every angle.
For over 25 years as a race director, 40 years as a runner, and 35 years in triathlon, I’ve lined up for more than 300 races, finished six Ironman events, raced in Kona, Hawaii, and clocked a personal best of 10:33 at Ironman Germany. Endurance sport has shaped who I am.
I stopped settling.
At the same time, I’ve spent the last 25 years managing chronic inflammatory bowel disease, which forced me to learn—often the hard way—that most commercial energy fuels weren’t built for real athletes with real bodies.
